Fast sites for restaurants, property, wellness and trades, in the UK, on the Costa del Sol and anywhere with a decent connection — built by hand by engineers based in both, bilingual where you need it, hosted for next to nothing, and looked after for as long as you want.
The same four kinds of business keep every town going, from County Durham to Marbella. Most web shops sell them a template and a monthly fee. We build the site around the business, and if your customers arrive in two languages, so does the site.
Menus that read well on a phone, opening hours Google can trust, and a booking button that works. Chiringuito to fine dining.
Sales, lettings, management and holiday lets. Listings that load fast, enquiry forms that reach you, and both languages ranking.
Clinics, dentists, physios, yoga, personal trainers. Clear services, clear prices, and a way to book that isn't a DM.
Pool care, air-con, builders, electricians, gardeners. A site that says what you do, where you work, and how to call you — nothing more.
On the Costa del Sol half your customers search in Spanish, and a translated page on its own isn't enough. Search engines need a signal called hreflang that pairs every English page with its Spanish twin. Get it wrong and the two versions compete against each other; get it right and each ranks for the people searching in that language.
Every price below is the price. Quoted in writing before we start, and it doesn't move unless the scope does.
For a business that needs to be found, trusted and contacted. Trades, single-location services, a new opening.
For restaurants, property firms and clinics with more to say. Full English and Spanish, built to rank in both.
Hosting, updates and tweaks handled, so the site keeps working and you never have to think about it.
Everything in Care, plus your Google Business Profile managed: posts, photos, hours, replies to reviews, and a review request after every job. For businesses where "near me" is how customers find them.
Ask about thisDeposits, gift vouchers or a single product, paid by card or Apple Pay from a plain link on your site, straight into your own Stripe account. Booking deposits go through your booking system. A full online shop is a separate quote.
Ask about thisThe first five multi-page sites go for €1,200 instead of €1,500, in return for a Google review and permission to show the site here. The offer ends when the fifth signs.
Claim a placePrices exclude VAT or IVA. UK clients are invoiced in pounds at the day's rate. Half on brief, half on launch; Care billed monthly. Extra work outside a package is €45 an hour, quoted before it starts. Photography, copywriting, extra languages and any paid third-party service are passed on at cost.
The same discipline we apply to industrial systems: agree the scope, build it once, test it properly, hand it over with the documentation.
A coffee or a call. What the business does, who it's for, what the site has to achieve. Fixed quote the same day.
A working first version on a private link, on your real content, designed for your brand. Not a template with your logo on it.
Two rounds of changes, WhatsApp photos of scribbled notes welcome. Spanish copy goes to a native speaker for proofing.
Domain connected, HTTPS on, Google told it exists. Speed and mobile checks signed off before it goes live.
Optional care plan: updates, hosting and a monthly check. Or take the files and run it yourself. Your call.
Every site is designed around the business's own story, not a theme. Here's the most recent.
A restaurant opening in 2027 on the old Lambton coal estate, named for the Five Quarter seam beneath it. The site tells that story with a drawn cross-section of the coalfield, chalkboard menus that mirror the real boards in the room, and a design taken straight from the navy-and-gold sign. Seven menus on one page, no JavaScript needed for the tabs, loads instantly.
Visit the site →A bilingual site for a beachfront espeto grill, Spanish first with English alongside. The brand is built on the sardine skewer: a drawn boat of embers, a menu that changes with the fish market, and the day told as the arc of the sun.
Key holding and lettings for owners who live abroad. The pitch is the visit report, so the site leads with one: a seven-point inspection drawn on a villa, pricing with no lock-in, and an owners' FAQ. English first, Spanish alongside.
The two demo sites are fictional businesses, built to show the bilingual approach. Both are marked as such in their footers.
"We spent eighteen years building and maintaining digital systems that weren't allowed to fail. We build websites the same way."
In industry, a website is the least of anyone's worries. But the habits stick: check things twice, document what you did, don't leave a job half-finished, and build so the next person can pick it up.
That's the whole pitch. We're not the cheapest or the flashiest studio on the coast. We're the one whose sites will still load fast in three years, whose hosting bill is close to zero, and who answers the phone when the menu changes.
If you'd rather talk in person, we're happy to meet in the UK or on the coast. Everything else happens over WhatsApp and a call, which is how most of the work gets done anyway.
A few lines is plenty. If you have a current site, send the address and we'll come back with an honest read of what's working and what isn't — no charge.
